Who to contact

Information supplied in an enquiry

The enquiry form collects your name and email address, optional telephone number and business name, selected service and message. It also includes a required permission-to-respond field. Please provide information relevant to the enquiry and avoid including passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive records.

Submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress system and emailed to [email protected] so AJ Solutions can review and respond to the request. Elementor submissions also record technical information, including the submitting IP address and user-agent information describing the browser or device software.

Email delivery and record retention

The configured SMTP system keeps delivery logs for 14 days to assist with delivery checks and troubleshooting. Enquiry records in WordPress, copies in the email inbox and backup copies are separate records; the 14-day SMTP log period does not apply to them.

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and manage any resulting project discussion or service. Retention needs depend on the enquiry, any continuing client relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. AJ Solutions will assess your request against the information it holds and any applicable obligations.

Website project planner

When you select “Send project plan”, the website sends your contact details, project requirements and consent to AJ Solutions. The submission is saved in WordPress and emailed to [email protected] so our team can review and respond. The enquiry, email delivery and record-retention practices described in this notice also apply to project plans. Avoid including passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Website analytics and cookies

The website uses Google Analytics through Site Kit to understand visits and website use. Google explains that Analytics tags can use first-party cookies and can also transmit data without cookies. Read Google’s Analytics cookie information.
