These terms explain the intended use of the AJ Solutions website, its guidance and its website project planner. Specific client projects are governed by the proposal or service agreement accepted for that work.

Website information
The website describes services, provides practical guidance and helps visitors prepare enquiries. Information should be read in the context of its stated scope, date and sources. Provider features, availability and charges can change, so confirm details relevant to a purchasing decision with the provider or through a project assessment.
Articles and examples are general information. An illustrative scenario is not a promise of a particular customer result. Search guidance does not guarantee first-place rankings, inclusion in an AI answer or a particular number of enquiries.
Website project planner
The website project planner lets you send your contact details and initial project requirements to AJ Solutions. Submitting a plan requests a project discussion; it does not provide a fixed quotation, confirm a delivery date or create a service agreement.
Review your answers before sending them. AJ Solutions stores the submission and receives an email copy to review and respond to your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information. Refer to the privacy notice for enquiry, email and website analytics information.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form starts a conversation. A project proceeds after its scope and terms have been agreed. The applicable proposal or service agreement should describe deliverables, responsibilities, pricing, timing, third-party services and any ongoing support.
A website description does not silently add features or services to an existing agreement. If your requirements change, discuss the revised scope with AJ Solutions. No payment, cancellation or refund arrangements are created by these general website terms.
Third-party links and content
Links to providers and reference material help explain a topic or support a factual statement. Those websites are operated by their respective owners and may change independently. A link does not imply a partnership, merchant approval or a guarantee that a service suits your business.
Use material you submit only where you are entitled to share it. Do not submit harmful content, credentials or material unrelated to your enquiry. Website examples and project references should be understood according to the contribution described on the relevant page.
